World Cup:
This 2010 Soccer World Cup or if you prefer, 2010 Football World Cup spectacle to be hosted for the first time ever on the African continent during June/July 2010 in 9 South African Cities in 10 Stadiums. The 2010 World Cup cities include Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein.
Ekala Guest Farm is in the ideal position to be able to supply 2010 World Cup Accommodation and transfers to Soccer City and Ellis Park. Tours and Packages can be created to include Johannesburg accommodation, airport transfers and transfers to and from games. We can even include some Johannesburg Tours or Safari Tours while you are here.
Packages to suit all including those who have already - been there and done that - and who are looking for excellent service and something different. Whatever your interests, budget or time restrictions, itineraries can be custom made to suit your personal preferences.

Please note: Private tours and transfers will not be available during the World Cup.
Stadium Transfer
Transfers to Soccer City and Ellis Park will be available - awaiting more info from Fifa before determining price. Bookings must be made directly with Ekala.
O. R. Tambo Airport Transfer
Transfers will be available at a cost of R250 per person (minimum 2 passengers per transfer)

Booking Terms applicable to June and July 2010 - Soccer World Cup
Payment:
A 50% deposit of the total value is required to secure a booking.
Deposits paid are only refundable in terms of our cancellation policy.
Children pay full price.
Balance of full booking amount (including Accommodation, Tours and Transfers) is due 3 months prior to arrival.
Bookings made after 1st February 2010 must be paid in full to secure booking.
Your deposit shall be deemed to constitute acceptance and confirmation of the booking and confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions as laid out in this document.
If the balance due has not been received by the due date, Ekala Guest Farm and Eco Tours shall be entitled in its discretion to treat your reservation as cancelled, and consequently to forfeit such part of the advance payment as determined by our Cancellation policy.
Credit Card Payments:
Visa and Master Card only.
A processing fee of 5% will be charged on all credit card payments.
In order to process payments, our credit card payment form must be completed.
Bookings must be in the name of the Credit Cardholder and must be the traveler.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings which are canceled on or before December 31st 2009, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee - this is 10% of your initial required deposit.
Bookings which are canceled after December 31st 2009, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee - this is 100% of your initial deposit.
Bookings which are canceled after final payment has been made, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee - this is 100% of your full payment.
For non-arrival or premature departure, 100% of the total fee is payable.
If payment has been made via a Credit Card, any refund can only be made against the same Credit Card.
Cancellation notification must be received by Ekala Guest Farm and Eco Tours in writing.
Cancellation Insurance:
Ekala Guest Farm and Eco Tours strongly recommends for your protection that you purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation, loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, and for personal injury, accidents or illness.
General terms and Conditions:
No liability of any kind shall fall upon Ekala Guest Farm and Eco Tours with respect to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: cancellation, event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, illness, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.
Ekala Guest Farm & Tours shall at no time be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused or arising in connection with any transportation, accommodation and other services provided through or by Ekala Guest Farm & Tours, or as a result of acts of god, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbance, theft or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Smoking has been banned in public places in South Africa and consequently the Ekala Guest Farm is a smoke free zone. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outdoors only.

Early check-in or late check-out will not be available during the World Cup.
Meals: Breakfast is included in the daily rate. Lunch and dinner will be available at an extra charge.
Price Exclusions:
Prices quoted include items only as specifically stated in your booking.
Tours, Transfers, match tickets, telephone calls, laundry, bar services, entertainment arrangements, meals and beverages unless clearly indicated in your booking are not included.
